Jamaican Edit

On my first visit to Jamaica I really did fall in love with the place.  The people, food, style, dancing and whole culture were all what I expected and more.  The style of the island people was very relaxed and chilled with big pops of colour for most outfits, and a very relaxed fit.  They are all super friendly and have a real love for life –  I wanted to embrace the style and general feel of the island and its people.

I spent most of my time in swim shorts and flip flops and kept it playful with colour pops or patterns. The people of the island loved to rock clashing pattens and I really wanted to also, as it’s going to be one of the biggest emerging trends of next season.  I was mostly in cuban collar shirts with tonal patterns for dinner.

We were one of the first to experience one of the new overwater villas at the Royal Caribbean resort, Sandals, in Montego Bay.  They were stunningly tranquil with panoramic views of the ocean and an unbeatable 24/7 butler service.  They give you a cell phone where you can contact the butler any time of day and they even unpack and pack your suitcase when you leave – stress free!  The room was beautiful. My favourite features was the over the water hammock, the pool looking out on the sea and the fact that the sound of waves crashing sends you to sleep every night.
